Speed caped carbineer with caped accuracy shooting per second. it will still hit harder then any other carbine.

Yowza, even after mitigation 3 is stil 52-437, that is one really nice carbine. Only handicap is the speed, in the hands of a BH/Carbines Specialist ... yikes!

I ama Jedi padawan with ranged speed/accuracy and melee/ranged defence wiht he medictree. my template tihe the jedi strees will be master carbineer and bh 3400 and medic 2040
poor jedi wont know what hit them

oh i see, thats a really sweet carbine, was wondering if you had looted any special components and stuff to make it. So a cheapy shadow thug dropped this? Time to go hunting

the thugs are the 80k ham 80% resistance ones. have fun hunting them they are acctualy a challenge
