Thread: Looted EE3 Carbine with 6.6 radius

I just looted a ee3 carbine, if the name wasn't yellow i'd have destroyed it for sure, because the stats are quite poor... 130 max damage, 5.0 speed, +0 range mod... but then i saw the radius: 6.6.
Normal ee3 carbines have only 3.0.
Im wondering if it would be good for states, a sprayshot hitting all targetsin the6m radius sounds quite nice. 
Since i have no possibility to test it right now i'm asking you.... could this little thing be useful?

From the FAQ, the definition of radius: "This stat is found only on the EE3 carbine, and has no known relevance to anything in the game."
So yeah.. either its broken, or not working as intended. Might as well destroy it.

Hang it on the wall, it may become note worthy after the combat revamp.. I hope

Single target attacks are in the majority of casesmore effective. ![]()
For example the BH special sprayshot would perhaps be divine with this weapon.
In addition, ranged area attacks effect a 45° cone... shooting with this weapon, if the radius worked, would hit everything in the circle of 6 meters around the targeted mob... so it would be more like the melee area attacks.

Not area attack, just larger than normal single bolt......the kind larger than the width of a lightsaber. ![]()
But then, carbineers would be in great demand when going after enemy Jedi. And we know they just wont let that happen. ![]()
