But once they committed resources to JTL and the Combat Upgrade, changes like this were halted.
LegShot2 and LegShot3 are identical except for chance of Stun and Accuracy, but even those two we have no hard data on. But I can tell you that the damage does NOT need increased nor does it need to be a Cone Effect Special because it actually kills a target quicker than any other Carbineer Special (unless you are Speed Capped). So even though everybody says it is broken, it is the best Single Target Special we have ![]()

When someone fights a carbineer, i want him to tremble about his action pool.But almost no carbineer kills his targets on action (except he's using action-dot carbines).
Even if legshot3 has more DPS on a specific pool, it isn't really usefull because all state andkd moves do random (health) damage.Whena carbineer has put all the states onthe target, the target's health will mostly be so low that attacking action would be stupid (you allways need to reapply states, kds etc with random pool (health) attacks).
Actually unless the target is a meatlump or has some really good defense vs. states then I can land all of the states in under 3 shots.
I'd really like to see this get the attention it deserves and made areaor at leastincreased in damage. You'd think they'd let the village Sith spawns at least be resistant to states but noooo... No love for carbineers ![]()
At least I can area full auto them for credit.

IMO, it really needs to be fixed. If you're going to attack someone's Health or Action pool with a ranged weapon, it has to be powerful (or DOT'ed) or the target can heal faster than you can damage it.
Would be nice to really be able to go after the action pool like we should be able to.
