Just mastered carbines...
And I got a +13 carbine spd AA...So now that makes me have +14 carbine spd all together in attachments with my +1 pants..How much more do I need to speed cap?(im not a bh carbineer)

Yeah..sadly you need +30 in extra speed to speedcap 4.0 weapons, but only 25 can be attained with SEAs. If your weapons are 'faster' than 4.0 however (it's easy to get them below that), then the amount of SEAs you need will vary.. but try to atleast get +25.

I currently have a Laser Carb that has a speed of 2.5 and I'm a master carb with +105 after the first three boxes of carbines in the BH tree. Can someone tell me if I'm speed capped already? Or is the last carbine box in BH even worth it? Thanks.

All profs cap before +100 Speed.
How soon before is done via the Speed Formula in the FAQ, which is based on Weapon Speed and Special Delay as they are different for each person/profession.

Well if you're a pure carbineer its impossible for you to hit the speed cap with any weapon slower than something like 3 speed, as you'll only have +85 speed with +25 in attachments. Lame isn't it?

Sorry for the disrespect, but it is intentional. I have no tolerance for statements like this. If you want to discuss/debate/explain yourself on the topic of how bad Carbineer is, that is one thing, but to make statements like this and in other threads is immature.

Carbines suck compared to what....MLS Jedi? CM's?
Other than those 2 carbines can take on ANY prof in the game...just because you don't have the wits to use em doesn't mean much to those of us that do.

you cant get more than +25 through any attachements, everything over +25 is wasted... btw this is my last time i say this because im posting the same sentence 3 times a day (its nothing personal)

Well probably the best option for most carbineers would be to get the FS Melee Speed Tree. It gives +12 'effective' carbine speed meaning you only need +18 in SEA's to hit the +30 for 4.0 speed weapons.
With nine peices of armour and the relatively low cost of +2 AA's that speed cap looks even more obtainable. The only problem is that melee speed is currently 'working' for carbine, this is an obvious bug and will likely be fixed, which will mean you need grind out FS Ranged Speed at a later time. FS Trees take quitea while to complete.
