Thread: Questions for Master Carbineer/Master Swordsman, or just a Master Carbineer?

I'm sure these questions have been asked MILLIONS of times, but I could find the answers I was looking for on these borads. Maybe I'm just slow or something. But any how here are my questions.
1. Is M Swordsman/M Carbineer a good combo for PvE?
2. Is M Carbineer any good in PvE with high end mobs, ie NS, Tuskens, Geo Cave, DWB, and the Corvette?
3. What damage type and AP dose M Carbineer have?

1.) IMO Master Carbineer, Master Swordsman, 4440 Fencer is the best possible PvE template available for carbineers. There is a lot more info in the sticky at the top of the board. Definitely worth a read if you considering doing Carbineer with a melee prof. Swordsman get's my vote for favourite though.
2.) For extremely high end content master carbineer simply will not be enough. I can solo the Geo Caves with carbines. As far as NS are concerned i usually don't bother. Most Singing Mountain Clan NPC's are vunl to heat and get eaten by an EE3 though.
3.) Quite a bit of info to cover here, but it is all in the FAQ

Well I really like my Carbineer/CH combo for PvE but that is because I only use Carbineer. With Swordsman/Carbineer you will find yourself being a Swordsman (or any melee prof for that matter) and NOT a Carbineer most of the time.
And like the others said, the FAQ talks about Strengths/Weaknesses and all details on our weapons at great length.....and some template advice but not as much as I would like
