I am a Master BH/Master Carbineer. I have +200 on accuracy and +115 on speed. If I cap out, with seas, the speed and accuracy, will that make a difference?

Speed: no.

You only need 90 speed to cap 4.0 carbines, the profession cap is 100 for all weapons in SWG.. 95 is more than enough for a Carbineer.

Accuracy: probably not.

200 to 225 is only a 12.5% boost.. it's nice, but you should be using Citros Snowcake which adds about 45. In the end, accuracy loses it's edge in the 250-300 range, and the ideal accuracy mod on Carbines also contribute passively to this. Good to get, but not worth spending a fortune on.

Accuracy while moving is pretty low though for a Carbineer.. so capping on that might be wise, even if we are unsure as to whether or not it works. I think it does.. but /shrug.

If I were you, I'd focus on damage/DoT carbines to hunt Jedi, or some good SEAs to cap counter-attack and maybe boost a few state defenses.
