Is there a point when trying to get more accuracy for carbineer is pointless.

I don't frequent other Profession Forums but if they had any info on an Accuracy Cap I am not aware of it. Cap on Accuracy would apply across the board so if somebody finds something from another profession, then we can adopt it as our own.

There has to be a point of diminishing returns just like when the Player Speed approaches +100, but who knows where that is.....the Devs probably don't even know
