It shows the exact amounts of damage each special does and which specials are better than others, its called the Carbineer Speed/Damage Discussion post

Actually I don't go into much detail on the Specials, Nova does that. I "took" his data and put it into a nice spreadsheet that clearly shows EVERY last detail for the specials

Check your PMs TA, I sent you that link to the updated spreadsheet. Also, I used damage modifiers of 2.0 and 7.5 for scatter shots 1 and 2 respectively. I believe I read somewhere once that that was the assumed values. Maybe Nova can respond about whether or not those are exceptable approximations.
