What is the best way to grind out for Carbine 4?

I did all of the Marksman grind outside Moenia for the first3 tiers. The 4th tier box I went out and found some Swamp Tuskcats. In fact I did this for unarmed as well

I never fight unbuffed or at least with a tank. I chose to get 74% Kinetic Ubese and tank for myself with buffs

savage quenkers on dantooine. Incredibly easy to take down and they give about 3k worth of xp per. I was able to level Pistol IV doing Quenker missions in about 45 minutes. I believe it would be near identicle for carbines. Just make sure you have a fast gun.
