I was going to give Carbineer a shot... try something different for a change.
Was curious what is the best way to level up? I looked at the Special attack info FAQ... but still wasn't sure and i figured I'd ask the advice of some of you whom have done this already.
Any advice is appreciated... thank you.

for leveling, I would say go for burstshot1 first
regular quenkers on dant are good xp, low risk
a set of advanced ubese, and you're all set
then you can begin choosing different shots as you level
don't worry too much about the tree on the right (combat xp), it will fill up as you level the other trees

Currently I have enough to fill at least 2 boxes for the combat xp...
What iw as trying to figure out what tree to go up first... thus helping me to level better.
I noticed most of the carbine attacks are AE/cones... didn't know if there was a certain one better then others right now with all the changes from the last patch.
this is mainly for PvE.

Your two shots to level with are BurstShot1 and FullAutoSingle2. Both of these are available at only 0010. After that go up Speed and Accuracy together with Speed being slightly more important until the 4th tier box. The 4th tier box of Accuracy is a HUGE bonus with +25.
NOVICE - FAS2
001X - BurstShot1
101X
111X
211X
221X
321X
341X
441X
MASTER
Add in BurstShot2 and FullAutoArea2 for AoE attacks if you have a tank and a tight group. ChargeShot1 and ChargeShot2 will fit in there as well when you get the Combat XP.

sorry for the delay on replying was putting in fence all weekend... boo
I have a tank/pet i use regularly to help me level in the past. Got good armor/buff/brandy... so using AOE attacks don't scare me in the least....
How would this change up the leveling... if i was gunning just to use the best aoe attacks i can?
just curious.
thanks for the info... makes trying to decide what to do a bit easier when you don't know anything about the profession.
