Can someone please either point me to a thread ot explain exactly how wound percentage and range modifiers help i understand accuracy is increased but is thee a way to know how much of a benefit the numbers are and what they do

wound percentage= how often you cause wounds, not very useful for PvE.
range modifiers= they roughly tell you how effective that weapon is at certain ranges.
Heres something that I've always wondered, what does radius do on teh EE3?

Having a high wound percentage is great in PvP. Nothing like getting a tell from someone saying you just gave them 300+ BF. Puts a smile on my face but then I have a 47% wound chance.

I've never experienced it, but have heard a couple reports that if two hostiles are virtually on top of each other (within the 3m radius) the non-look-at target takes secondary damage from the blast radius when the target is hit. Not sure if this has been officially confirmed.
Heres something that I've always wondered, what does radius do on teh EE3?
