Or is full auto single two that only attack that we have that can dizzy an opponent?

Full auto area 2
All can dizzy, although not consistantly. The reliable carbine dizzy specials are in the BH profession.

The entire FullAuto series applies Blind/Dizzy/Stun so there is no Carbineer Special for only Dizzy. The % chance to land a state varies on the level of the target, some rancors take over 20 shots to land 2 or 3 of the states.....
