Thread: Hologrind question: BH or Carbineer first?

Hey there, sorry for the hologrinder question, but I'm looking for advice on the order for mastering my next couple professions.
I recently finished up Pistoleer and I am going to cap (900k) pistol xp for BH, then I was planning on moving into Carbineer and Commando and doing the same (so I would start BH at 0-3-3-3). Anyway, after reading some Carbineer info I'm now wondering if I should just cap pistol and heavy weapon xp (commando), then level BH carbs to help carbineer. So, my question, after all this babble, is: Does BH carb help level Carbineer faster or does Carbineer help level BH carbs faster?

This is an easy one and a close friend of mine is at the EXACT same point as you. Go BH Carbs first as you get huge skill mods for Speed and Accuracy in one tree instead of two in Carbineer. Pickup Novice Carbineer to get FullAutoSingle2 and then run up to at least BH Carbs 3 before doing all of Carbineer.

Yeah, once I hit BH Carbines III I was making 400-600k xp an hour.

Sweet! Thanks for the info! I'm so glad I asked because Pistol was a whip (no pun intended) and I assumed carbineer was going to be about the same. Now that I have master pistoleer and I'm doing smuggler the xp is flying in (easy 900k cap in a buff) but gettting to that point, was not fun.
Looks like I'm off to finish Smuggler tonight, then Commando and on to BH. Thanks again!
