Don't know why this NOOB is crying about a speed slice, as stated in the STICKY post it is the best slice until you hit the speed cap.
At +85 Carbine Speed the cap on weapon speed is 2.6 so almost everybody out there would LOVE this weapon.

Sure, it's good but not that good. The speed is really nice on it, I wouldn't cry except that you payed 1.5 million for that. I think you will do great in PVP with it, be happy that it's a speed slice too 
Second...
Although many will say laser carbine has a too much gape from miminum to maximum damage... you can still buy a laser carbine 110-560 for 500K and well... it's not bad

My Krayt Elite is 3.4 speed and 163/308 damage. I used a stock and just average tissues from about 6 months ago that cost me probably 500k.

i got a laser carb for7k credsthat was 83-314 4.0 when i bought it,got a 34 DMG slice and threw a power up on it and now its 120-560. Ima master carbinner BH carbs guy so speed doesnt matter to me

i had the same i spent 750K on 5 +53 damage -0.6speed krayte tissues and used an imp stock got a 30% speed slice now it is 356 max damage powered up or somthing like that and 1.6 speed it is a great grinding weapon now
