Hey guys i am goin CH and was thinkin of carbiner but lately while using a carbine ive noticed the massive amount of action drain. My friends tell me when you become carbineer and become more skilled in this profession, the action drain for special attacks is less. Is this true?

Nope. Carbines are bugged and use an abnormally large amount of HAM currently. No ETA on fix.

But even a master carbineer has high HAM cost.
