Thread: Charge Shot 1 and 2 with the new patch details
Ok so I logged on and tested out knockdown for a quick minute and then logged off - its late.
But here is what I found.
Charge Shot 1 only took 86 HAM with a laser carbine - this is a pretty big reduction. It used to take about 150 or roundabouts.
As well, it knocks them down, and keeps them down, for a long time. I only tested it on some lesser bocatts and womprats, as I was just running quests in the city, but it was impressive nonetheless. 30 seconds or more of them just lying there. I didnt actually witness any getting up, since they all died before that. Damage was around 400-600.
Charge shot 2 cost me 176, and just did damage, no knockdown. So its still borked.
You might want to try taking off your weapon after you knock them down. I don't know if it was a problem with "lesser creatures" on the TC or not, but creatures with very low challenge levels seem to take a while to get up or not even get up at all. Use charge shot 1 on a gorg and take your weapon off and peace, it'll most likely lay there forever. On the other hand, high level creatures get up quicker.
