Just for fun I equip a dh17, a loot I recieved from a rebel NPC. And it said I wasn't qualified to use it.... lol!

I'm a carbineer 4/3/4/4 - was 4/4/4/4 but got bh carbine 4 since it gave +10 speed and I didn't like the title maurader.

but How Am I not qualified???

well, I'm master marksman also.....

oh, I dropped carbine marksmanship4 for bh carbine 4 until I get enough AP to get master title =).
