Thread: Just so you know, we got nerfed again
I noticed this in PvP too, but was it just Pvp, or did they sneak one in on PvE too? I haven't played since the update, but it seems that might be something to watch for

Im guessing the devs will "fix" that, even though we could use one advantage like that.
the mobs can get back up, they just have some kind of check they have to do when hit to see if they are knocked down, then they check again every every few seconds or something. you can tell when they attempt to stand up and they are either successful or they arent. its like having the dizzy effect on you. it takes several tries to get back on your feet.
it definitely gives the carbineer back their crowd control ability, it just puts the specials you need for it up a couple boxes in the combat xp skill line. basically only the dedicated carbineers are ever going to get it. also it only works like this in pve.
