Guys,
I need some help I have seen some carbines in Bloodfin which have a Max hit of 517. I want to get one and or at least know what is needed to make one of these. If anyone in Bloodfin know where I can find or whom I can contact sent me a tell or a reply. Thanks.

Typical Laser Carbine 50-280, add stock +40/+40, krayt tissue +0/+100, damage slice 40% = 126-588
Then throw in a Max/Min powerup it becomse 146-776
