Has anyone tested these out? Do they work well?

1. Does Full Auto Area's Dizzy stick easily (i.e. takes 1-3 shots), or not (5-8 shots)?

2. Is Chargeshot2's KD better than Chargeshot1's for a single target? (ignore area effect)

3. How good are the cones/area of effect on both?

Thanks for your replies.

I would say more like 1 in 10 it will dizzy the target. Chargeshot 2 does work, I have dizzy and then knocked down 3 nightsisters last night then used burst shot 2 on all 3. But the dizzy is only 20 seconds long and when shooting at nightsisters thats not very long.

TheFamed so called Fixed dizzy sucks, and it takes up to 5-10 shots for it to stick, but you can Blind and stun with it too, so its mroe a all-purpose attack, exept its useless in the first place. Charge 2 is slightly broken, because unless dizzies they get right back up, but its AE.

I just got charge shot2. I was hoping it was fixed per Novas other post. But it seems it is not focused enough on one target to outweigh using charge shot 1.

And I got some serious pets and can see what they add. WhatI want to know is how does bounty hunter carbine skills fit in with a Master Carbineers path.

i would say the dizzy is in the 5-8 shot range. But keep one thing in mind. This skill wasn't designed solely to apply a dizzy to target. After those 5-8 shots you will usually have 2 states applied. by about 10 mark i usually have all three applied. /fullautosingle2 as a skill to apply dizzy isnt that great, but then again that is not what the skill is for.

As far as the AoE cone goes, it isnt that wide, you need to be fairly smart to use it (or being fighting someone really not paying attention) No matter what happens you will be able to find 2 people you can fit in the cone. Just keep on moving, try coming up the flank and get a few people in a straight line. /fullautoarea2 is great usually if you can get 2 or 3 people in the cone one of them will unlucky enough to get stuck with a dizzy right away. But don't go around thinking that this skill will allow you actively engage several enemies at once though, because it won't. But it does help your *team* get an edge in PvP. Our new AoE skills make carbines good team players in PvP. Plus they work wonders in PvE.

As far as the better KD, i believe the chances are the same with both skills (or at least i have noticed an issue and i tried both) However if you notice someone else in AoE/Cone hit /chargeshot2 instead. I have both hotkeyed. A common theme i noticed for carbineers in the thread we had about toolbar setup was having a skill on the top row and having its AoE partner directly below. For example my /chargeshot1 is mapped to F9, and /chargeshot2 is Shift+F9

And keep in mind the level of the target(s) greatly affect the chance to land states and KD.
