my carbine is 475-1000 something, I am master carbineer master bounty hunter. Why cant I hit for 1000? Why do I always hit in the 400-500 range?

There's also a PvP reduction, if you're referring to PvP combat.

Enemy def...Low acc. Need a bit more info to go on than just that. Is it pvp or pvm. If its pvp im guessing your shooting jedi and your acc is nothing compared to their def. Try some acc food : )
