Thread: Carb / CM nerfed?

Is it just me, or did pub 21 just nerf the MC / MCM template? I log on today after pub 21 went live and I noticed that electrolyte drain was no where near as good as it was yesurday. I know they removed the stacking of snares, but that wasn't the problem because I rarely ever use ED and CS. I just know that the bigold nasty ugly krayt was running right up behind me WITH ED ON! I could not manage to kite the krayt at all. With the looks of this I think that MC / MCM is now a VERY bad PvE template!

I haven't test it since my main character doesn't have CM.

Interesting if it really did get nerfed. Witness the power of the Jedi whine. Combat Medic is the one profession most of them TRULY HATE.

Yea, my template got hit hard, MCarb/Mdoc/CM 0004, I used to use bactatosses and sprays very well, but now with enhancers its about 1300 toss, 1000 spray. Thinking about grinding to 4000 CM to get my heals back.

Yup ..its nerfed... both ED and CS seem worse today. Can not run away from anything...

i found out this while trying to hunt ancient krayt ... electrolyte ... cripling shot ... cripling shot ... CRIPLING SHOT ... AAAA .... root (uff i have 0003 pistoleer) ... ok i was circling krayt and electrolyte dissappeared so i cripple shot him ... huh ? huh ? whatthe ...he ran to me and eated me in no time while crippled ? how could that happened ? ...

just one story ... with bad end ... can they even repair cripling shot to work ? my build was so good in keepin krayts (or mele bosses) out of my group or for soloing .. now its worthless

The dreaded, ninja nerf! Nothing mentioned in the patch notes, yet pushed through anyway? If thats true, then its despicable.

Also crippling shot seems to not stick or work hardly at all anymore. Nothing like hitting them with a crippling shot and see them run up to you like nothing touched them.

If they were previously snared or delayed snares will no longer affect until the anger state goes away T_T


seems the issue was stacking.


This still hurts rifleman the worst as our snare is barely effective as it is... now it literally does nothing.

I fought about 8 NPC Bounty Marks last night (MBH / MCM / Carbs 04000) and got Cripple Shot to stick EXACTLY ONE TIME. It lasted about 8-10 seconds.

Well, looks like I can forget controlling my target anymore. Stopping shot has such a long recharge anyways and cripple shot was perfect for that recharge time... well not anymore.

While I hear the complaints (mostly) are from people trying to solo Krayts.....which I am 1,000,000,000% against.....and the Devs are more against Krayts being solo'd than me


But if Crippling Shot isn't working period, well then time to grab a Dev by the ear

Crippling shot still sticks, but it seems to no longer stack with electrolyte drain.
