post on your server forums. caping sac and damage is not that hard to do with 170 or better tissues, and even easier with the new bh loot drops. once you cap both of those, you slice for speed and cap that as well. then you pup for damage and adk. with the new caps in place, getting a carb that cannot be made any better is fairly easy to do providing...

This is kind of a silly question but if you ADK your carbine with a pup on it will the pup still have limited uses?
However, I suggest not to do it. If it does work in keeping the PUP usage permanent, then it may hurt you should you want to use different PUPs for specific situations.
