I'd stick to your old carbine, although max damage and accuracy are higher, the min damage is much higher on the old one, plus it's -1 SAC, which while might not look much, all adds up when you're fighting.
Flog the new one, and see if you can raise funds to buy some high end power cells

Oof, I got mine double capped with three points of experiment to spare on 183's.. maybe time to look for a new WS?

slap me i done evil misstake, the carbine isnt that bad as i thought but it would have been better if jpz have crafted tbh

Both are nice and not so different... The old one is also ADKed already, so it's good to use... The new one, well indeed you could slap a speed slice there. Might be very good to use after that. It also has 4 points better accuracy bonus.
A question of preferance mostly I think...
