Ok, I want some info on which would be better to go? Do the Twi'leks getting hinger max quickness and strength help? If so how much?

IMO. Human.

Secondaries are pointless. You have to really increase or decrease a secondary to make it have a substantial effect on your HAM cost.

My Human Carbineer is 950 400 400 950 400 400 900 400 600. I minimized my health and action secondaries in order to have a balance of maximized health and action along with mind and mind regen. think about it this way, if you have decent mind and good regen, along with even below-average healing skills, you can keep your health and action filled. So that is what I have done. In essence, as long as I have stims and mind, I can fire all day.

The best class IMO are Zebrack. They get all of their bonuses to health, action and mind regen. Plus equilibrium.

Eventually, I think the Devs will address the secondaries. Holo himself even hinted at the fact that secondaries are so worthless, all players are minimizing them which has resulted in only 1 good way to set your stats. The reason they have to address secondaries is that with a low roll on a master doctor buff (so like 800 increase) to my quickness, I will still lose action on firing. When you think about it, when you have 400+800 quickness and you still use action to fire, anything less than +800 is not going to be sought after unless its trivial and cheap. Thus, how useful are chef buffs when they are 1/4 of the doctor buffs and last 5 minutes?

A tat sunburn which gives 1500 to strength and stamina is great for 5 minutes. Buy a few and just keep using them.

Heck you can drink 2 and give a 3000 boost to strength and stamina. Specials don't even make a dent in your HAM with that much secondaries.

I'm a Twi'lek and the high quickness does help a little (it's a minimum of 600) but IMO Human's are better because of the BALANCED HAM that they have.

A Twi'lek's HAM is just too imbalanced. I'm going for carbineer/combat medic and I have to keep my action at around 700 just to free up some stat points for my secondaries for mind (focus willpower etc)

I have to disagree about the tatooine sunburns. I find them useless. They boost your strength which lowers your health cost when firing. However, instead of boosting quickness which lowers your action cost, they increase your stamina which increases your regen. I have never consumed 2 of these at a time, but in drinking one they had zero effect. Maybe I got an extra shot off. I think I fire too fast...I know fora fact I drain my action pool in 11 crippleshots. That means my action is gone in under 15 seconds. For the sunburn to work, it needs to be regening my entire action pool in under 15 seconds which simply doesn't happen. Even when drinking one, I had to stop and heal or stop and let it regen me.

In the end, I decided these were largely worthless since they cost of 1 is around 300-500 credits and to me it seems much simpler to spend that cash on a good stimpack. The only food worth anything IMO is Breath of Heaven which adds to Strength, Quickness and Focus - this combine drops your HAM significantly

I stand my previous statement that you are best with all your secondaries minimized and have your main stats as high as possible and extra points should go into mind regen for stimpack use. This largely means that races with extra bonuses to secondaries are worse off than races w/o them.
