Hi all, just re-read the FAQ and understand the speed-cap and the fact that 90+ speed is not of much value. Is there anything like that for accuracy, or is it simply, the more the better?

I am MBH/Novice Carbineer which gives me +125 carbine accuracy. In PvE this seems very adequate, but was wondering about PvP. I'm debating going up the markmanship tree for those nice accuracy mods...but, it would be at the expense of some other skills I enjoy very much. So I'm just looking for some advice on how valuable that extra accuracy would be?

Accuracy has no hard cap. Many players agree that high accuracy helps hit defense stackers.

The general feeling is YES for landing States.

States landing is a function of whether you damage a target, so it stands to reason that if you can hit it, and you can hurt it (very important), you can land a state on it.

My template is wierd to some I am sure, but mmarksman/mcarbineer/enforce (bh carbs line) gives me 190 accuracy.A PvE miss for me is a rare thing while not moving. I still find that states can be tough to land against high-end PvE mobs unless I use the best of the ideal range weapons I own. I haven't PvP'ed much at all with this template yet.
