I just got myself +25 carb speed and im dropping def stackage to go sword/carb..

i dont really wanna drop it until i get myself a carbine worthy of use, any suggestions where to farm?

You best bet in getting a good carbine is either, djm djk corvet or elders. But farming krayts for +100 tissue would be easier or I think it would since drop rates on carbines are so random.

Sith Thugs, Corvette NPCs, GCW base NPCs.

But as stated above, it's probablya lot easier to do krayts and get a good set of tissues, or just sell off some loot and buy a set of tissues, and get some custom-made.

I was using a 704 ADK'd one yesterday, and in the span of an hour and a half, I got 109 PvP rating simply by destroying opponents with it. A nice dizzy state followed by a successful KD and a series of ScatterShots/CrippleShots yields fantastic results, especially against those who don't have Ranged Mitigation or the top of the line armor with a sliced ADK'd EnergyPSG.

Damn it every time I get a nice tissue/imperial stocked carbine w/ scope the smuggler gets the speed slice =X

I've had my share of bad slices, Natanial.. and actually, it took me 4 speed-slices using 100+ tissue to finally get one good damage one.

The best thing is usually to get a set of 7 or 10 tissues and make 2 or 3 identicals, and get them sliced. You save tissue and time, and generally, by a sheer statiscal argument, are guaranteed a damage slice.

I looted my main carbine off a stormie from someone's player base. Pretty nice max and super low ham costs but the min is insanely low.

Be sure to sell those Speed Sliced Carbines to the non-BH folks......vendors always sell speed slices cheap but are by far better weapons for those of us at +85 Carbine Speed or lower
