Just for people that dont like having to find doctors to get buffed then go out i use
Tatoonie sunburn and a moun gold
that seems to keep all my HAM up fairly easly it does drop a little but not life threatning
.......
thought id post this i know ALOT of people will know this but hopfuly i help a few new carbineers out i know i wish i new this ages ago would of saved me dieing a couple hundred times

Also try Breath of Heaven or Ryshcate.
Muon Gold isn't really a problem for Carbineers...my mind pools is never really drained. But stacks of well-made master chef food sure do help a lot!
