Thread: Any stealth fix / changes?
So I'm hunting baz nitches on Dath. Poison, as1, as2, chargeshot, legshot 3 (however many times) throw in chargeshot again, then back to legshot 3.
I have not had the opportunity to test on other creatures yet (just noticed this AI response this AM and I am at work now), but :
The baz nitches would often shrug off the posture change from AS1 or AS2 (even when the 30 second timer had recycled). Chargeshot did its usual diminishing returns bugginess knockdwon.
What really got me was once the stun effect from Legshot 3 landed (sometimes it would take a shot or two), the baz nitches would actually act stunned for a few seconds. Their forward motion would stop, then a few seconds later they would continue towards me slowly, then a few more seconds later they were back at full speed.
I have NEVER had legshot 3 act in this way. Is it the combo of attacks I am using? Or maybe Dath's terrain? basically, the stun effect as acting as a minor root.
Maybe I hadn't noticed because I was fighting mostly NPCs. I do not really recal it working like this for me recently (in fact, when i was doing faction missions earlier, the npcs would approach me at the same speed regardless of whether or not they were stunned).
I will do some more deliberate investigating in the next few days. Regardless, thanks much for the input.
I too noticed yesterday that when I was shooting voritors on Dant with actionshot1 and 2 that the stun icon would appear on the target's bar. Since I always lead with those shots and then tested it I was noticing it happening almost every time.
Today however I did not notice it.
