I am going to get rid of master bounty hunter and go pure carbineer along with combat medic. Anyone have any suggestions on how to adapt my pvp tactics to compensate? Ack, im going to be a total noob at carbineer again. O well I am used to being a support profession and I beleive not enough people play to help the group, and everyone is out to be a one man army.
So fellow carbineers, what can I do to adapt to this drastic hit in accuracy and speed?

Umm...get some Citros Snow Cake for one. Good stats are like +40 accuracy.
Secondly dont go CM. They're nerfed in PvP with Doc buffs.
If you gotta though, stick with the citros for Accuracy.
Good poison stats are anywhere above 300.
Disease ticks above 110 are good as well.
Stack your poisons first.
Single C, Single B, Area C, Area B. By that time their (Health/Action/Mind) Will be ticking at a fair rate.
Always throw your cheese first. Then I'd reccomend loading on some states with Full Auto Single. Charge Shot isnt nearly as good as Fire KD (Your going to miss that). Just keep hitting the crippling shot. I'd reccomend going with Health Poison and Disease over Mind or Action. Scatter Shot 2 is good for taking out a low mind, but I end up almost incapping somebody on health (unarmored) when I incap them on mind. Crippling Shot hits health predominately anyway, and its always good to give them 10 BF a shot (on average).
Lastly, enjoy CM. I enjoyed it not just for PvP when I was master but I loved the Heal Mind ability. I'll take 50 mind wounds to heal a friend for 750 mind damage any day of the week.

Can I make a template suggestion?
Master Carbs, 0400 BH, 4440 Medic. If your in range to throw a ranged stim, your almost in range to run up and heal a target anyway (albeit not an area of effect). This template grants you 190 Carb Accuracy and 115 speed the best Ranged KD/Dizzy in the game and state effects. You can heal friends with Stim D's and bring somebody back up to almost if not completely full health. You would still have +40 Terrain Negotation to help in either PvP or PvE. I've been playing something similar to this for the past 2 months or so and have had a blast (The reason I say similar is because I'm force sensitive and have to drop some Medic Skills for FS stuff). The only thing I tend to fear are Defense Stackers or Fencers/Docs. But I have a friend who is all melee and so I get his back from range and he keeps the melee people at range. Biggest enemy of this template is a KD/Dizzy. Gotta find yourself some good Thakitillo (KD food, +100 is what I buy). If you ever do get KD'ed, type /stand, dont hit the stand button else you wont even move.

Thought about what you got there for a sec and came up with a possible idea.
If you got somebody on your server that can make C's or B's with a lower med use of somewhere around 75 you can take 0030 Doc and use some higher state heals. Docs can cure states while laying flat on their back dizzy. Just something to consider.

Ya I do know a cm who makes some nasty +75 med use poison and disease. I probably will do that, thanks for the suggestion.

It's the area C's that you'll miss out on if you only dabble in CM. Getting them down to 75 use is tough. Good luck on trying to stack those more than twice and hope that they dont have the new poison resists.
As far as PvP tactics you're in a world of hurt now. You'll need to pick something up to augment your dps like rifleman or TK. You'll also need pick up up alot of speed and accuracy tapes to make up what you lost with BH.
In my opinion you'd be better off dropping everything from BH except the carbines tree and spend the rest of the points on defenses like the pistol defense trees or fencer.

Ya thats fine if I want to fight solo all the time. But I would rather create a template to excel at helping my group rather than stacking up defences and all that. Fullautoarea2 and chargeshot2 with a speed sliced carbine, cant get much better than that support wise. Not enough people choose the support role in this game based on soloing, so here I will be supporting my friends.
