You are new here, so I shall be kind.... This belongs in your Galaxy Trade Forum.....but,
Carbine Aiming is one skill mod not proven to be useful, but I do buy them when they are cheap. Unfortunately those boots have no armor protection so they are even less than a Skill Enhancing Attachment.
