I understand why it's in place the way it is.. I'm a master BH so I shouldn't be wearing Battle Armor.. I'm an advanced tank with Master BH, Master Carbineer... so it just seems silly that the Proton Carbine is a master BH weapon and I'm also a master Carbineer and get a weapon hinderence if wearing my carbine supported battle armor..
Just seems silly..
Just seems silly..
Either BH's should have battle armor or I should be able to use the proton carbine..
Not complaining or whining.. just wondering if anyone else think it's odd..

"weapon hindrance" is from the weapon not the armor.. ANY ranged weapon should give you this when equipped.. As for the Battle armor.. it has up to 3 encumbrances that can affect you but at Master Carbineer Battle armor encumbrance is 0%.

Ahhh sweeet... I could of sworn on my left testicle that when i was carrying a carbine and battle armor I didn't get a weapon hinderence only when i used a BH weapon while wearing the battle armor.. Guess I'll look again.

Hmmm battle armor hasgoodkinetic resistance. Jedi LS is energy damage. Think im going to choose the battle armor over the assaut armor. Assault is great for hunting but has a harder time abosorbing blaster fire. Which ,if you think about it, is kind of ironic if you look at the professions that can wear assault armor.

Aye, you get the "weapon" hindrance while wielding any range weapon; however, there is no hindrance while toting around any melee weapon. Kind of ironic that a pistol weighing in at a mere few pounds slows a person down more than somebody running with a 4m pike.
