Is this done in the crafting process of creating a weapon or do you have to do something else? I heard someone talking about slicing the weapon?

Click on the powerup you want to use, then drag it to the weapon of choice and drop. POWER UP!

Powerups are easy to make, and a master or near-master artisan should be able to do generic melee weapon powerups which give about +30%/+15%. The maximum quality of the powerup is dependent solely on the overall quality of the materials used to make it.

Power ups work by drag&drop over the item u want to power up. Take for instance a lance. Purchase a melee power up and drag it over the lance and drop it. This will allow for the bonus power up to be used for 100 hits.

Slicing is a different thing altogether. Take your weapon to a slicer and they will be able to increase some stat on your weapon, usually speed. Doing this of course comes with a fee but it is well worth it. Once sliced, the weapon will have that stat forever. You cannot re-slice a weapon. Plus, slicing is done I believe at a random so sometimes it goes better than others.

You powerup your weapons by either making them with your generic crafting kit (if your also an artisian you have this skill, level of powerup depends on your level of artisian skill). If you dont have an artisian skill, then you can purchase powerups from the bazaars or artisians. Weapsonsmiths would deliver the best powerups for your weapons, but they also cost more. After you have obtained a powerup, simply open your inventory, click and hold the powerup you want to use and drag it to the weapon you wish to powerup. After you do this you examine your weapon and at the bottom it tells you how long the powerup will last and what effect the powerup had on your weapon.

What about removing a powerup

When you remove a power up does it just disappear?
