Thread: Hm, not what I expected..

Back when I heard on these forums that posture changing, delay and knockdown shots were getting a 30 second timer, I thought "Great, a 30 second delay in my combat queue" - now maybe there were threads out there about this, where the devs actually clarified this. I certainly didn't see any, though. All I saw was the patch notes for the Test Center, and of course the ones for the live patch (yesterday).


Since the change is not a 30 second timer, but really a 30 second immunity, it did not effect my soloability much. I can still pin my targets to gain enough distance to use my sliced Elite Carbine to take them out, with the same ease as before. Even melee creatures. Now, devs, you need to clarify these things a little better in advanced instead of being so vague about it. When someone reads '30 second timer' they think, "Great, our skills are being given insane timers like the Commando skills". I'd say you have no idea how distressed I was over the news of a 30 second timer on five of our skills was, but I have no idea what you were going through myself.


The point of my post is that you need someone to go into a little more detail about some of these combat changes, rather than leaving us in the dark like that.
