I've heard people say things like leg shot 2 and 3 are the same. Is this true? is the damage on both identical or does either one have a specific advantage?

According to the dev post today ... it's supposed to be 2.5x damage vs 3.x damage + cone.


They will be checking it to make sure it's correct.
