Thread: Another change from the timer going into effect?

Not sure if anyone else has psted on this or has noticed this......
Before the timer was in place I would use legshot3, warning shot, and action shot. At some point during the repeated use of these attacks the creature would become extremely slow. Almost as slow as if a p-dart trap was used on it. I figured that it must be related to the combination of legshot and action shot attacks. At least that seemed to make sense, shoot someone in the knees enough and they should slow down.
Well ever since the timer went into place this no longer occurs, was this an intended fix?

On the same subject, I am a human and planning on going BH Carbine 4 and M Carbinier. I would get novice medic but im 2 points short. What stats should i have high/low. Any help is appreciated.
