I'm hoping he'll come soon and with plenty of information and explanations. Just even an acknowledgement would be fine.

Next time you get a hold of him, SOJ, see if you can glean what the dev's current priorities are, especially where it concerns their concentration on professions. I know they're planning on it sometime, but one can only imagine the can of worms they opened up when they brought player mounts and cities to the live servers. Personally I don't see them getting geared up to revamp anything anytime soon. They've probably dug themselves another bug-fixing hole with all these new features.
