Finally, after almost an entire year (don't ask why so long!) I have made it to the coveted Master Carbineer Profession. Not only that I gnabbed Bounty Carbine III as well.
Despite what others say, I have started to understand this profession and while 1v1 pvp ain't happening, when the groups start getting together the hell unleashed is quite amusing. Have fun out there everyone!!!

Congrats. Personally I have much more respect for somebody who masters a profession in 4 months than 4 days, as it means you are getting much more out of the game than the "what is the best way to level carbines" people, and probably having more fun. Not to mention you probably know carbineer much better than the "what is the best gun/special" people. ![]()

Well it took me until January to get Master Carbineer so I see nothing wrong with taking your time to get it
I had a detour for 5 months in the Architect Business, which turned out to be the best thing for my Carbineer
Congrats and welcome to the "mature" combat prof.....

How was Architect good for your Carbineer? Do you drop houses around a krayt to prevent it from closing to melee range or something?

Hey, what was that for?I was being serious. Architect isn't best way to become rich, so it might have helped you buy stuff but not as much as WS or AS would have... So how did architect help you out?
The only thing I could think of is if you dropped a gungan head statue on a krayt to stun it or something...

Well I was making more money than all but 2 weaponsmiths and ZERO armorsmiths for many months early in the game, thank you very much.
I was running thru more money earlier in the game than all but a few crafters....many thanks goes to my PA for the use of their extra lots
Of course after about December, once Player Cities were done, the Architect Business went to blue-glowie hell and is just a tax write-off now

Oh, you were a thriving architect in the pre-"everybody has everything" market... That makes a lot more sense then... ![]()

I was one of the few supplying "everybody with everything"
I reached Master Architect about week 4 I think.....dropped it in January I think.....
I figure I ran thru near 100 million in sales.....but expenses were high with running 40+ harvs for months and months.....

Congrats. I am giving you a run for the money I guess as I am 7 months and counting on working on mastering carbineer. I am still having a lot of fun though.
