Well, maybe it can't help *you* win. But for somebody who doesn't have millions invested in skill tapes to hit the speed cap (such as me)... Then again, for the cost of those tissues I'm sure I could buy at least one set of +25 carbine speed tapes, if not more... 
-3 secords though. I wonder if anybody has ever tried to make a negative firing speed gun, and see how the system handles it...

Cause speed doesn't matter for me I get by with stocked laser carbines, elites, and DXR6's. My pvp laser is just 106-402 dmg, DXR6 is 198-283 dmg, and elite is 296 max damage. They serve me just fine. Just have to buy time and hope they dont heal.

I am sure we will see Scatters from those 9 tissues. Hell even if I had those tissues I wouldn't make a DXR6, Laser, or Elite out of them.....probably sell them for at least 50 mil
