Yes. When there are more than one mod on a attachment only the highest one will work, but when it's clothing/armorall listed statswork.

its all relative, but not much, cause its easy to cap on speed with carbines. and thats the only stat thats worth it

Easy huh? Well that is a new development. Galaxy trade boards will probably be the best judge of prize. Definitely a good find, bandoleer for PvP are great imo, doesn't interfere with armour or a PSG ...

Both mods will stick, but it is questionable whether general ranged aiming will do anything beneficial, or anything at all for that matter.

Hmm.. if you're lucky 2 million... +10 carbine speed isn't all that good when it takes away the possibility to wear a backpack.

I got a +25 carbine accuracy, +20 carbine speed bandolier a few months ago on gorath (before the solo group nerf) for 10 million.

Wow! That's a good deal, heh. That would probably cost about 30 on Starsider.. atleast that's what I've had to pay in equivalent SEAs.

Thats nuts, we have gobs of master carbineersanda sickly bloated economy on Bloodfin, and carbine speed goes for about 1-2 million for 10 points. Defense clothing attachments however, those go for a fortune. Anything that jedi can use is where the money is. All the wealthy players are buying up jedi gear and selling off standard gear. I have won several auctions now from characters dropping standard classes who wont sell me my winnings because the winning bid didnt meet there expectations. The reason this is happening is because like I mentioned the rich players mostly have jedi now. In many instances I find myself not even bidding on carbine gear from trade forum nauseau.
