It looks pretty good to me, especially with medic thrown in.
The biggest problem i see, is that i use burst run alot, and this template uses all 250 skill points without any left to spare for scout. Also low dmg, but i never have had a problem with that cuz of weaponry.
I am currently all pistols with some TK thrown in and it rocks... but i mastered brawler-fencer template before and loved it. and i wanna come back. I just want something viable in pvp VS jedi.

Just thinking how it would go, Apply a bunch of states, poison, KD, Cripple to death...Heal everything up
And buffing So I can buff my self with disease/poison buffs...

You don't need the ability to buff, since you should have a Master Doc with your group at all times.
Instead of wasting SP on using P/D buffs, why not drop the Buff line and pick up the ability to heal diseases? That'll give you the ability to area cure with diseases (since there are some fairly nasty ones out there).
Oh, and once you've done that, I think you can pick up that first tree in CM.
That would put you at.....Master Carbineer, 4-0-3-0 Doc, 4-0-0-4 CM, which is what I have atm. Very useful, very dangerous.
