What is the best attack to use as carbineer i would like to know please thanks
Oh and also what carbine shoudl i aim to get at master carbines?

We have various Specials for different purposes, check out the in-game descriptions.....basically we use Crippling Shot (SNARE), Charge Shot (KD), and Leg Shot (DAMAGE)for single targets and Suppression Fire (SNARE)and Full Auto Area (DAMAGE)for mutliple targets.
Look for an Elite or E11 Mk.2 for you weapons once you hit CL54 and then Master Carbineer.

I dare to correct: look for an Elite Carbine, the E11 Mk.2 you can use when you are Master Carbineer.

I am fond of Charge Shot myself its wonderful skill to have in close quart fighting of base raids...
