In your opinions, what's the best attack sequence to set up my toolbar?

Depends how far you into Carabine and what skill you have beside Cara.

I used respec to get there is why it's new to me. I'm Master Carbineer and almost Master Ranger.

Leg shot alternating with ranged shot is also a good sequence for conserving action and still doing damage.
