hi there question for all the pro's in here.
master carbineer with only 35ft range is that right or there something badly wrong

Get a different weapon. I know for a fact the Elite has a range of 50m.

Uh... for one, it's meters, not feet, the other thing is that most carbines have 50 meters range. The DXR6 has 65, some models have less than 50 meters, but 50 is the "standard" for a carbine.

Yea check your weapon and use another one.
