Heard a rumor that rifleman and carbineers would be getting a minumum range cap...is this true?

20 meters minimum range for sniper shot, that's the only limit i've heard or read of yet.
Hardly a problem, if you are closer than 20 meters to set up a sniper shot, you could as well just rush and beat the enemy to pulp with the stock of your gun...

Carbineers complaining about rifleman trolls on their boards. Funniest stuff this jedi ever heard. 
I wonder if the chefs complain about those evil trolling tailors
