Can anyone let me know if this is a good carbine? Thinking of changing to Master Carbineer and seen this beauty

Speed: 1.98
Damage: 438-1055
Sac: 74
Accuracy: +62
DPS: 377
Sliced: 12% speed

It's very good. It's 9 points from the damage cap, and one point from the SAC cap. And after the speed slice, I think it's .07 from speed cap.

very nice. That accuracy mod is great. Don't think you can loot components to make it that high anymore.
