I <3 the damage, and that sac is decent.....but 8 elemental? ROFL

Remember these are FROG stats.....so it is only meaningful to compare to other FROG Carbines, which this is about 1% better on Base DPS.
I loaded up a WS build and this Carbine is NOT craftable....yet anyways

Hmm... the account has a limit on data transfer per month... which apparently was used up quickly by making ToOW screenshots available there.
I made good experience with www.freenet.defor image hosting, i occasionally bring some stuff here and have not yet hit any quota limit. (Though, as a warning, since a few weeks hosting again is getting somewhat laggy... no idea what they messed up...)

Looks quite nice. The electric damage rather looks like decoration, but the overal weapon seems quite good. Can somebody tell if the weapon has fixed or random stats?(It's clearly not crafted... too bad.)
Or... is there a schematic for this beauty available?

I've been using this carbine in beta the whole time and I'm loving it Even if it is the Frogged version, very nice and kinda neat firing effects...

This statement hints that the weapon might be craftable. If NDA allows you to, can you please confirm? This information would make us very happy...
Yeah it is the best graphic-wise Carbine we have IMO.....let hope these EPC's I have saved since Beta started make one as good or better than my uber E11 Mk.2
