Thread: Kalranoos Carbine

I have just obtained this carbine, and aside from it looking cool, I seem to have picked up a pretty good one, worthy of being used for fun at least...not pvp. I am wondering if it is possible to slice this carbine since it is a quest reward. I seem to recall there being some limitations on slicing a Nym's, so I thought I would ask.


PS I did search, but could not find the info I was looking for.

Only limit on any slicing is a fixed cap the Devs have put in place for damage, otherwise you can slice all you want no matter if it is a quest or crafted weapon.


Smuggler or Weaponsmith Forum lists some caps, not sure about the Geo Carbine tho.

I know you arent the coro anymore, but do you know what happened to the thread that was stickied at the top of the forum that had a complete list of carbines including some of the known speed, damage and SAC caps?

its got good elemental damage and looks cool!


I wouldnt use it for PvP or high end MOBs, but for CL60 and below it is a fun little piece to play with

where'd you get that carbine?!! i've been loooking everywhere for the quest info on where to get it and i can't find it. i've seen a kalranoos carbine on somebody's wall in pompeii. it's amazing, it looks soo cool. i know they're worth a pretty penny as well.
