Thread: Looted EE3 Carbine skills.

Hi all, I just looted an EE3 Carbine from a Jark Jedi Master. It isn't really good but I don't understand some of the skills of the carbine.
Condition 651/750 (damn...)
Alertness 29 (What is this skill ?)
CounterAttack 99
Volley Fire Bonus (What is this skill ?)
Armor Piercing: Nothing
Damage Type: Heat
Minimum Damage: 58
Maximum Damage: 151
Radius: 5.2
Wounds: 32%
Ideal Range 27m
Special Costs
32

Alertness sounds as though it is a Scout or Ranger mod that is used. As for volley fire, it is a Squad Leader special move letting your group fire all at a single target. I would say it is a fair loot for a Squad Leader, all in all.

Alertness is a counter-rifleman mod... to prevent covershot I think. No idea if it works.
Fish have an innate bonus to it for some reason.
Odd that the gun would have +29 when the maxis +25.

Nah, the hard cap is 125, how you get there is up to you. Basically, at best for Carbineers (105 Counterattack), anything more than another +20 is pointless.
