Thread: Speed Cap for Master Carbineer?

Ok well what im wondering is this.... If i had a +7 and +15 Carbiner speed attachments I should be able to spam the strongest of the shot every second?
Would I need both or just one or the other?
That would depend on your weapon. With +85 speed you could cap CripplingShot, the slowest and most powerful single damage pool attack, on a weapon just under 2.0 speed.
For a 2.1+ speed weapon, you'd have a delay.

Wrong, wrong, very wrong....
At +85 Carbine Speed you cap a 2.7 speed weapon or faster, not 2.0

Oops, forgot, I still contend with the macro delay.
